Korean pop group Super Junior’s member Yesung shared his diet regimen on TvN’s Amazing Saturday – DoReMi Market yesterday (Jun 13).
The star made a guest appearance to promote Super Junior’s first mini-album When We Were Us and revealed that he only has dinner less than five times a year.
When asked by host if he was worried about what was on the menu of the show. Yesung replied, “I’m usually on a diet when I’m on promotional tours.”
He went on to admit that he has dinner less than five times in a year.
“Well, I feel good filming doing that,” he added. “I’ll think of today as my cheat day.”
Netizens came to his defence, saying, “I think everyone after their 30s would understand that. Once you hit 30, you gain weight although you’re eating about the same amount as you did in your teens or 20s.”
