Nintendo has revealed a host of new games during a recent live stream but the one fans are most excited about is a remake of Pokemon Snap.
The latest version, which will be developed by Bandai Namco, will be called New Pokemon Snap and it’s coming to Nintendo Switch.
The classic Nintendo 64 game from 1999 required players to take photos of Pokemon while on a safari and riding in an on-rail vehicle.
The new game looks to be continuing that theme somewhat.
According to Nintendo, New Pokemon Snap will let you “travel to unknown islands with beautiful scenery like lush jungles and sandy beaches.”
You can then “photograph lively wild Pokemon in their natural habitats as you research and explore unknown islands” and “the photos you take can also be used to fill out your very own Pokemon Photodex.”
There’s no official release date for the game so far.
