If you’re a fan of Studio Ghibli’s films, you’re in for a real treat. Two new concept art images for the upcoming theme park has just been shared.
One of the photos shows a reproduction of the eponymous structure from Howl’s Moving Castle while the other appears to be a replica of the village area as seen in Princess Mononoke. It’s been reported that the castle will be as high as a four-to-five-storey building.Â

The theme park – located at the Aichi Expo Memorial Park in Nagakute City, Aichi Prefecture, in Japan – is slated to open towards the end of 2022.
According to Kotaku, the park will have five areas based on the studio’s films: Witch Valley, Princess Mononoke Village, Ghibli’s Giant Warehouse, Dondoko Forest and Springtime of Life Hill.
