Running out of restaurants and bars to visit here on our tiny island? Here’s something to pencil in to your list of must-tries.
Michelin Guide Singapore has announced its first ever gastrobar pop-ups, held in partnership with the Singapore Tourism Board under the SingapoRediscovers campaign.
Four bars and four Michelin-recommended restaurants have been selected to take diners on a journey to Italy, Latin America, Japan and more, while highlighting local ingredients in innovative ways.
Each pop-up will be held over two days, where collaborators will present five handcrafted cocktails paired with bites or snacks. At least one of the cocktails will be locally-inspired.Â
A total of four pop-up events will be held, taking place at the premises of the partnering bar. Check out the full schedule below.
